From this simple thought came a fresh approach to a timeless pillar in the community; the community recreation center.  Recreation programs have served an important role in our communities over the years.  However, at some point these recreation centers lost their way.  They have not (or cannot) evolve to consider the new demands on the old recreation program. 

Now, as a part of a group of parents and coaches who were tired of 'talking' about something new, we put pen to paper and drew the plans for what has become GSA.  We're not your granddaddy’s 'rec. center', and we started the 'next-generation, youth sports movement'.   Yet we've included the rich legacy of yesterday while changing the game in youth sports.  We're just getting started...

2012 YFA Champions 

Georgia Supreme Athletics (GSA)2012 Born To Compete (B2C) Championship Series Invitee

The B2C Championship Series is an effort to bring together communities and parks from various parts of the city, all in the name of football. The tournament invites only the top eight youth football teams from age 6U – 11U, and cheer squads ages 6U – 12U to participate in a weekend tournament that will determine the best youth football team and cheer squad in Atlanta. There is no team fee for the tournament and the tournament in invitation only, with Born to Compete inviting the teams they feel are most deserving. This would bring together a total of 48 teams, many different counties, and communities for one weekend of football.
